How to request account deletion
Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request being received and verified. Choose any method below:
Option 1 — Send an Email
Send an email to our privacy team with your registered phone number and full name. We will verify ownership and process the deletion.

Request Received
We log your deletion request within 24 hours of receiving it.
Identity Verification
Our team verifies ownership via your registered phone number (within 3 working days).
Account Deactivated
Your account is immediately deactivated — you can no longer log in.
Data Permanently Erased
All personal data is permanently purged from our active systems within 30 days.
