1Eligibility & Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials confidential.

2Product Offerings & Availability

We offer retail groceries, fresh produce, dairy, FMCG staples, packaged foods, personal care items, household essentials, and consumer electronics. All products are subject to availability in your designated delivery zone. While we make every effort to display accurate product images, weights, and details, actual product packaging or appearance may vary slightly.

3Pricing, Charges & Taxes

All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and all applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, packaging fees, or handling charges are clearly itemized in the cart and checkout summary before you complete payment.

We reserve the right to revise prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4Payments & Security

We accept online payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

All online payment transactions are processed through RBI-authorized, secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (including Razorpay). We do not store your complete card details or banking passwords on our servers.

5Order Fulfillment & Delivery

Estimated delivery times (such as 10-minute express or slot delivery) are indicative and based on traffic, weather conditions, order volume, and rider safety. Delivery shall be deemed completed upon handover at the address provided during checkout.

6Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery. Refunds for eligible returns or cancelled prepaid orders are processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
